What’s THE SECRET MENU & how do i access it?
The Secret Menu has a bunch of EXTRA special baked goods! I’m talking extra flavour, extra delicious, extra special home baked goods 🙂 These goods are extremely satisfying, but also very labour intensive to make, that’s why I don’t give everyone access to this menu. The only way to access the secret menu is to become a VIP!

Can I order for SATURday-Thursday?
I unfortunately REALLY only bake for Fridays with no exceptions. My other days are filled up with other commitments.
Where are you located?
I’m located in Wynberg, Cape Town, but I don’t give out my exact address until you order in order to protect my privacy. I also protect my address because POY is a HOME Bakery, so I don’t have a walk-in shopfront.
DO YOU DELIVER?
Unfortunately not. But some of my clients make regular trips from as far as Stellenbosch and Hout Bay because it’s worth it 😉 If you can’t make the drive, you are welcome to organize a courier service to collect your goods, although I can’t accept responsibility for the quality of their driving.
DO YOU BAKE ANYTHING VEGAN OR SUGAR FREE?
Vegan and sugar free baking is not my passion at all. If you need such goods, please contact my friend Lauren from Honeycomb Bakery on 0768324641 🙂
DO YOU BAKE NOVELTY/THEMED/CUSTOM CAKES?
I ONLY bake the cakes listed on my website. Novelty/themed/custom cakes have their time and place, but they are not my passion at all. Please contact Tessa’s Bakery – they’ll be able to give you what you’re looking for!
DO YOU BAKE FOR WEDDINGS?
I ONLY bake the cakes as listed on my website. If my style suits your wedding, then I’ll be happy to bake for your special day 🙂 Please keep in mind that I do not add any extras like flowers or toppers; you will need to source those yourself.
DO YOU BAKE TIERED CAKES?
In short, no. My primary focus is FLAVOUR & QUALITY. This means that my cakes are much softer and 100% fresh which makes them difficult to stack in tiers.
WHAT FLOURS ARE IN YOUR GLUTEN FREE BAKES?
I use a blend of white rice flour, brown rice flour, potato flour, chickpea flour, tapioca starch and xanthan gum. Al these ingredients are certified gluten free. That being said, when you purchase from me you agree to my Disclaimer.
ARE YOUR GLUTEN FREE GOODS SAFE FOR CELIACS?
I take great care to keep my gluten free baking utensils separate and keep everything strictly, entirely gluten free. I’ve baked for at least 50 full on Celiacs with NO problems or reactions whatsoever. That being said, when you purchase from me you agree to my Disclaimer.
